The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:00.

Please note that the initial prepayment by bank transfer is due within 14 days after the invoice date. The remaining payment should be received by bank transfer 6 weeks before arrival. Please contact the property in advance to organise this.

Additional costs must be paid by credit or debit card directly at the property.

Please note that if the reservation is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the total amount must be paid by bank transfer before arrival.

Towels and tea towels are not provided. Guests can rent them at the property from an additiontal charge of EUR 9.00 perof 2 towels en EUR 5.00 perof 2 tea towels.
Please note that payment of the additional costs (bed linen and towel package and city tax) must be paid upon arrival by credit card.

A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. Contact details can be found on your confirmation.

Please note that if prepayment is not paid on time, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.

A cancellation notice will be sent to the guests.
